was founded in 1996 with the simple purpose of making websites work

What are Evocative's Products and Services?
Evocative offers colocation and hosting of client equipment in
its company-owned, purpose-built Emeryville Data Center. For those clients who
require a lower technology barrier, Evocative's suite
of managed services provides managed dedicated servers, managed firewalls, managed
backup, and other core infrastructure elements.
Evocative's goal is reduce the technical burden on our clients
to the degree that best suits their business. If they prefer to
own their own servers, for example, colocation in our Emeryville
Data Center may address their needs. If the client doesn't want
to have to replace a disk drive at 2am on Christmas day, an Evocative Managed Dedicated Server, monitored and maintained by Evocative, is
the simple, worry-free solution.
